Waxing FAQs

  • I use only the highest quality premium hard wax for all of our body and face waxing services. This wax is vegan friendly, hypoallergenic and allergen free. This wax is ideal for even the most sensitive skin and provides a comfortable waxing experience.

  • Yes! Getting waxed while pregnant is a great option as ones pregnancy progresses and shaving becomes difficult. You can wax throughout your entire pregnancy, but you may be a little more sensitive. If you have any questions or concern please consult with your doctor.

  • ABSOLUTELY! You might be a little more sensitive during that time of your cycle, but you are more than welcome to get waxed! Please make sure if you’re coming on your period to wear either a tampon or menstrual cup for any Bikini/Brazilian services.

  • I’m not going to lie to you, it’s not completely painless. However, everyone has a different pain tolerance and some may be more sensitive than others. But I promise you, it’s a really quick process and gets easier over time. During your appointment I will always strive to make sure you're as comfortable as possible! Most people agree, it’s never as bad as they originally thought it was going to be and 99% of people do it again!

  • I would not recommend shaving in between waxing appointments. Doing so will cause the hair to regrow thicker and faster, making your waxes more painful and the results to be not as good. Stick to letting your hair grow out in between appointments and only doing a light trim if needed.

  • The hair needs to be about ¼ of an inch long- think about the length of a grain of rice. This may feel too long if you’re used to shaving but waxing requires the hair to be long enough to grab, too short and nothing will come up. Usually this is about 2-4 weeks of grow out without shaving or trimming.

  • No, I do not offer any body waxing services to men or men’s genitals. It would be a disservice to offer services I am not properly trained in and have no desire to offer. I can always recommend you to places that would be able to provide services for you.

    • No razor burn or irritation from shaving
